Satya earned his bachelor's degree from St Stephen's College, New Delhi, and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. After a brief stint in pharmaceutical marketing at Ranbaxy, a leading Asian pharma company, Satya followed his passion and trained a dozen students to take the CAT exam for MBA in 1995. Career Launcher was founded by Satya, and he has led its dramatic growth from a one-man startup to one of Asia's most global education corporates. Satya is a renowned speaker in Indian academic circles, has personally trained thousands of students, teachers and corporate executives, and is the moving force behind several pioneering initiatives in the Asian education markets. A chemical engineer by training, Gautam earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Gautam brought a wealth of corporate experience when he joined Career Launcher in its formative stages in 1996 - he had completed successful stints at Hindustan Petroleum (India's largest oil company), Britannia (leading food Products Company) and VAM Organics (a chemical manufacturer). Gautam has overseen CL's rapid expansion, and has been instrumental in creating its unique courseware and delivery methods.

Nikhil is an electrical engineer from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), after which he earned his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He spent several years in management consulting with AF Ferguson, and subsequently honed his corporate finance and strategic planning skills with a large textile manufacturer. The quintessential operations-and-money manager, Nikhil has been instrumental in managing CL's profitable growth, the expanding franchise network and its successful business acquisitions. From getting CL's accounts audited to introducing robust internal financial systems, Nikhil has ensured that CL is a trendsetter in the industry when it comes to corporate transparency, ethics and financial disclosure.

Sreeni has a bagful of academic achievements - a Masters in Computer Applications, a Masters in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He brings significant corporate experience to Career Launcher - with successful stints at TCS (India's largest IT Company) and Sony Entertainment. An electrical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Sujit completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He enjoyed successful stints at Telco (India's largest engineering company) and Wipro (India's most valuable IT Company) before moving to the US to set up operations for Dharma Systems, an upcoming software firm. Having set up a successful software business, Sujit returned to his passion - technology in education. He joined CL in 2000 and headed the development (out of Silicon Valley) of arguably the world's largest repository of K-12 science and math content, using cutting-edge technologies. He has been the driving force behind CL's technology initiatives - developing eCRM, advanced ERP solutions, Testing & Assessment tools, Employee Portals and sophisticated Student Information Systems.

Shivku earned his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras; and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. After a brief stint with HTA, India's largest advertising agency, Shivku returned to his passion for teaching and soon took charge of all academic activities at CL. Highly popular among students for his enthusiasm and tutoring approach, Shivku is widely regarded as the brain behind the "CL way" of cracking exams. Sanjeev completed his graduation in Economics (Hons.) from Hans Raj College, Delhi University and Post Graduation in Sociology. His first job was in the Civil Services, and he later moved to Allahabad bank as a Probationary Officer. When the new generation Private sector Banks got their licenses, Sanjeev moved to Bank of Punjab as a core team member. This is where his journey with private Sector banks started. Sanjeev has since worked as a core team member with the Times Bank, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra.
